From Basement Blues to Blush & Blanche

This home office makeover was all sass, no splurge. The client wanted a bright, happy, retro-inspired space that would make even Dorothy Zbornak crack a smile—and The Penny Chic Project delivered with a Golden Girls wink. We repainted a forgotten desk, revived some basement-dwelling cabinets, and styled every corner using most of what the client already owned. It’s proof that a joyful, stylish workspace doesn’t require a shopping spree—just a little vision and a lot of personality.
